Bailey`s Restaurant in Spring

Still has that old time diner feel. Love the onion rings and that 100% beef patty on my jumbo cheeseburger was delicious. Very attentive staff. As fourth generation Houstonians, my wife and I both remember the delicious food from Bailey's on Irvington and Crosstimbers. Glad we found this throwback to the 60's.

Love their food, but it is July 2 and the waitstaff are not even wearing masks. I’m guessing they are not disinfecting tables between customers either. We’re outta here.

Food is still pretty good but no longer a good value. Just got my Chicken fried steak...now $16.00!About a year ago it was bigger and cost $10. Cashier apologized and stated she's hearing complaints everyday about price increases.Sorry greedy owners...I have many better choices within blocks. You are NOT Brennan's!! Bye bye.

Had all you can eat catfish and never was asked if I would like more of the all you can eat catfish...Service could improve...and total meal was not as good as I was expecting...fried okra over cooked...hush puppies overcooked... very small sized fish...meal not worthy of the $ 16.50 I paid.

It's crazy to see how this place use to be in my old neighborhood. It brings back such great memories. I came and got a burger. I rather pay for a burger from this place than any other. Beat burger I've had in a long time. Very nice staff and great menu selection.

Great local restaurant if you want good home cooking. I specially go there for breakfast.

Best burger on the North side! Quaint restaurant immediately took me back to my childhood. Have been going here for many years and they just keep bringing me back!

Great neighborhood eatery. Sunday brunch is pretty awesome. Feels like family here.

Homemade meatloaf was mush. Drinks taste bad because of the ice. We waited an hour for 2 to go orders for our daughter. There needs to be someone there that is in charge. Only 2 teenage waitress and a couple of people in the kitchen.

If you're looking for home cooking and comfort food this is the place to be. Sausage gravy, gravy, chicken fried steak, fresh vegetables and fruit that are awesome. Great hamburgers too, and chicken and dumplings at least one night a week.

Food is home cooked. It arrives hot and each item was the correct temperature. My husband and I went for breakfast. The portion size is large. Wait staff is pleasant and attentive. Bailey's has been around for years! It's easy to see why. Great little neighborhood place for any meal!

The food is good. Our WAITRESS was sweet. However, the blonde lady (I think she is the owner actually) was very rude and unpleasant. She yelled at my brother for trying to help move some tables for our large party. Made it very uncomfortable. Talk about lack of hospitality. The only hospitality and customer service we got was from our waitress. The owner should rethink how she talks to customers.

Selective and racist. My family sat down for 40 minutes while the waitress served the rest of all the other customers that came AFTER us. 40 minutes and drinks only. Not a busy day, open tables

We come for breakfast.... Get the blueberry pancakes... They are great. The golden hash browns (home fries) and bacon are really good as well.

Friendly staff, awesome food and clean! This restaurant reminds me of Cheers. Everyone knows everyone! The owner knew what each customer wanted because they have the repeated customers. Def the neighborhood restaurant!

The trailblazer breakfast was good, especially the bacon. The pancake was a bit dry. The eggs were good. The pricing was a bit on the high side, though.

Best food & service! Caring staff that goes out if their way to make your dining experience special and down home. A local business doing local flavors & favorites right. My family & I love having our meals there regularly. Highly highly recommend!

I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and just recently tried Baileys Restaurant. All I can say is I’m super unhappy I waited so long!! If you enjoy home cooked meals in a quaint environment this is a great place to check out. I went for breakfast and all I could think was “when can I come back and try the burgers, etc!” it was SO good. This hidden gem is definitely worth trying!
